CLASS PLACEMENTS
Dancers who wish to enroll in a class above level I or beginning require placement.
We may recommend a trial class evaluation or a private evaluation based on your dancer's experience and interests.
30 MIN PRIVATE EVALUATION
Dancers may schedule an evaluation with our instructors to be placed immediately. Recommended for dancers who wish to be placed in multiple classes and have multiple years of previous dance or gym experience.

TRIAL CLASS EVALUATION
If classes have already started for the season, we will recommend a trial class based on your dancer's previous experience. The instructor will evaluate dancers during class and will confirm placement with HB office staff.
Trial Limit Dancers are limited to one trial per class, and may trial up to two different classes
Fees Trial classes are free! However, we do not prorate tuition for trial classes (dancers pay full tuition for the month they register in)
Is my spot safe? Scheduling a trial does not confirm your place in the class, the only way to secure your spot is to register
CANCELLATION POLICY
**All cancellations must be submitted by email to hbdaoffice@gmail.com**

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations

A 10% fee will be withheld from each refund of an evaluation cancellation

Refunds (less the 10%) may be issued if HBDA staff is notified at least 24 hours before the evaluation is scheduled to take place
